I want to know why the Conservative government hasn't removed either, and why the previous Conservative government under Mulroney didn't remove him. There is more to this guy's story than just appeals. Twenty years of appeals, seriously? Naw, there is more to this story. An investigation should be held into the handling of this particular case.
