In light of a BC Court of Appeals judge’s ruling in favour of Hells Angels prospect Lawrence Dean Bergstrom, a guy who was charged with assault causing bodily harm and assaulting a police officer, the fine citizens of that pot growing province British Columbia need to ask themselves why, when it comes to outlaw motorcycle gang members, BC justice favours the bikers rights, blah, blah, blah ahead of the evidence (most of which is compelling) presented against said bikers. It makes no sense, and begs the question, is there somebody in the BC judiciary influencing a judge’s decision when it comes to cases involving outlaw motorcycle gang members before them? I have a time believing that somewhere in the BC justice system there isn’t somebody going out their way to influence judges who are handing down ridiculous verdicts when the evidence against the accused is so compelling.
If there is somebody wielding such influence in the justice system, that person or those persons needs to be weeded out, and held accountable for his or her actions. I am having a tough time believing that judges like Richard Low and Anne MacKenzie aren’t getting advice from somebody is more than a little acquainted with members of the Hells Angels.
If there are such persons in the BC justice system I would like to know what it is the bikers are doing for them in return for favours. You would be right to assume by the way that I think there might be some court officers on the take in British Columbia. I doubt I am only the person who thinks that too.
Something besides BC bud stinks on the Pacific coast when it comes to how justice is delivered to members of the Hells Angels charged with felony offences and it is high time (no pun intended) that somebody spearheaded a drive to demand an inquiry into why BC judges as so reluctant to convict outlaw motorcycle gang members who if it wasn’t for the evidence piled up against them in the first place they would have never been charged.
I smell crooked judges in BC. It is either that or the judges who are setting gang members free are being paid off or threatened by outlaw motorcycle gang members into delivering verdicts in their favour.
There is something terribly awry in the BC justice system when judges are allowing Hells Angels to walk free from their courtrooms when clearly the evidence against them suggests a conviction should be recorded. Somebody needs to be looking into that.
While this particular blog entry specifically deals with BC judges and outlaw motorcycle gangs, there are other examples of failed justice in BC when it comes to other organized crime gang members charged with criminal offenses, and who more often than not, are given far too many chances before they are either locked away or taken out by rival gang members.
BC judges, at least when it comes to organized crime anyway, are pathetically sad at making members of organized crime accountable for their actions.
Of course it goes without saying that in some instances they have delivered tough justice to organized criminals, but it doesn’t happen very often in my opinion.

In that case the police failed to follow the law and the judge had no choice but to let the canadian citizen go free. The police that killed that polish citizen at the airport were not even charged. Maybe you should turn your attention to the people who are suppose to protect us, the honest canadian citizens. Crime is the third biggest industry in canada, if you stop crime all the police, prison guards, lawyers, doctors etc… Lets be mature legalize pot, anti pot people used the same arguements against proabition and they were wrong. Spin has spun the truth and spun his own web. Pot is different than crack. Hells Angels profit from the sale of crack here. That is killing our society, not the police.
