WTF is going on in Montreal. Is it just me, or are there a lot effing dickheads of the immigrant kind living there now?
Make no mistakes about it, there are dickheads of the non-immigrant kind in Montreal too, some of whom likely took part in last Tuesday night’s riot, but mostly the rioters were from the immigrant community.
You know, there was a time when the youth, and the immature twenty-somethings had a lot more respect for law enforcement officers and the laws and by-laws they are expected to uphold.
It certainly doesn’t look that way anymore, does it?
You know, if I was a judge sitting on the bench, the nine dickheads who were arrested and charged with various offences like assault with a weapon, assaulting a police officer, trespassing, vandalism and public mischief on Tuesday night, they would not want to be appearing before me.
No plea deals. Nothing but maximum sentences from me for each charge they are convicted of.
I WOULD NOT BE EFFING NICE ABOUT IT, AND I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BE SOFT ABOUT LOCKING THE MOFOS UP FOR AS LONG AS I WAS ALLOWED TO LOCK THEM UP FOR.

-Unlawful assembly or rioting-maximum sentence two years
-To burn, destroy or damage real or personal property-maximum sentence 5 years if it’s an indictable offence, and 18 months max for a summary conviction
-Assault-5 years max for an indictable offence, (assaulting a police officer would be an indictable offence), unsure about maximum sentence on summary conviction, but I’m sure there is jail time on offer.
-Assault with a weapon-an indictable offence that carries a maximum sentence of ten years and a summary conviction has a maximum of 18 months.
-Assault causing bodily harm-up to 10 years for an indictable offence, and up to 18 months for a summary conviction
The only way police in Montreal are going to get control of the neighbourhoods they patrol is if judges get tougher. IT’S THAT EFFING SIMPLE YOUR HONOUR!
Of course the police could do a little more too, like throwing the book at the hoods who are making life miserable for small businesses and the people that live in the neighbourhoods they riot in. WHY JUST CHARGE SOMEBODY WITH ONE OFFENCE WHEN CHANCES ARE THEY CAN BE CHARGED WITH TWO OR THREE?
I tell you what, the effing punks who rioted in Montreal North this past Tuesday night, should count their blessings that one of them hasn’t ended up dead like that punk-ass Fredy Villanueva, he who was such a good boy, he ended up getting capped by a cop he and his mates thought they could take in a park not far from where Tuesday night’s riot happened.
That was when again, last year wasn’t it.
You know what, when the punks started throwing bottles at the police, maybe the cops should have drawn their weapons.
The young people in Montreal North are the makers of their own fate. Villanueva won’t be the last punk Montreal cops shoot and kill, and at the end of the day, the young punks in Montreal North have nobody to blame but themselves.
They need to pull their effing heads in, get their shit together, and become useful members of society. The sooner they jump on that bandwagon, the better off they will be.
You know what, on second thought, I think they have had enough chances to become useful members of society. Eff them all and take them off the streets by any means necessary.
If that means the cops have to take the fight to the punks to gain control of the streets again, then hey man, let’s give them free reign. Let’s see how tough the punks are then.
