Liberal Party of Canada leader Michael Ignatieff, he who thinks he can defeat Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s Conservative Party in the next election, has gone on record by saying that personal attacks divide Canadians. He’s very right about that, but get this; he’s all but saying that the Conservative Party is the only Canadian political party doing such a thing. Something about personal attacks on him about his patriotism, and throwing his controversial remarks in his face.
The bottom line is that somebody might want to have a sit down with Mr. Ignatieff and explain to him, even draw pictures if they have too, that the Liberals can be and have been equally nasty when it comes to verbal assaults on political opponents.
There isn’t a political party in Canada who doesn’t play that mudslinging game, and to hear the “self-righteous” Mr. Ignatieff say such a thing isn’t he doing exactly what the he is accusing the Conservatives?
GET EFFING REAL IGNATIEFF!
Talk about a knob.
By the way, I hear there is good news in the Liberal camp these days, something about reaping $5 million in contributions for their political “war chest.” That would be the war chest that Mr. Ignatieff would dip into if he ever has the balls to follow through with a threat to topple the PM Harper’s minority government.
CHEERS TO A SPINELESS LIBERAL!
Somebody might want to sit down with Iggy and explain to him that $5 million doesn’t even bring the Liberals close to mounting a winning election campaign any time soon. Whether he topples the government or not.
YEAH MAN, THAT IGGY IS A REAL WINNER!
Cheers to the suffering Liberal supporters who are sticking to what amounts to a leadership of “smoke and mirrors.”
And before I forget, isn’t it sweet that the Conservative government has found it in their heart to write off something like $2.3 million of Haiti’s debt to Canada. Wow, wouldn’t it be nice if Canadians had a say in such matters, after all it is their tax money the feds are writing off whenever they feel like it, right?
You know, that is just effed up man. Think about what that $2.3m could have done in Canada.
I’m thinking that for every loaned dollar disguised as foreign aid the government wipes off the books, they should invest that same amount in Canada at the same time, and you know help out the struggling community services programs.
