Some people should not be allowed to be a federal judge when they are of diminished capacity, and incapable of rational thinking, when it comes to deportation orders. Yves de Montigny is one of those people.
So let me get this straight, the clown who stayed a known gang member’s deportation order has refused to do the same for a Pakistani husband and wife who have not been convicted of any crimes in Canada during the seven years they have lived there, and who also have three Canadian born children.
Hmm, what the hell is wrong with Federal Court Justice Yves de Montigny, and what qualifies him to decide which landed immigrant can stay in Canada?
This judge is effed in the head, and I base my opinion solely on the fact that he allowed Calgarian Jackie Tran to avoid deportation, a known gang member in Calgary who has been convicted of crimes in Canada including drug trafficking, and who less than two weeks ago was granted a stay of his deportation order despite all his avenues of appeals being exhausted.
Naveed Chaudhary is being hunted by some of the worst terrorists in the world, and if he is returned to Pakistan, there is little doubt that Sunni fundamentalists will eventually get their hands on him. The Chaudharys are Shia Muslims, and in Pakistan, that is not a good thing.
Justice Yves de Montigny is an effing goofball and I think the immigration minister needs to step in and strike his decision not to stay the Chaudhary family’s deportation down for the sake of at the very least their three children. They used to have four children by the way, but apparently and although not confirmed, that fourth child, a fourteen-year-old son, was taken by militants in 2006.
The Chaudharys arrived in Canada seven years ago.
Justice Yves de Montigny, you are definitely an incompetent Supreme Court Justice, and the sooner you are removed from the bench, the better of Canadians and legitimate landed immigrants will be.
Nut Bar Update: Wondering if there are any visitors to Crooked in Canada today, who might remember that stripper from the Greater Toronto Area, who claims she was fired from her job because her 40-something years of age was apparently too old for her boss’s liking.
Remember Kimberlee Ouwroulis, the brain-injured stripper whose cause the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal took up after she was fired by the manager at the New Locomotion strip club?
No biggy if you don’t, because today in Confessions of a Canadian Stripper (must read) I can enlighten you a bit, thanks to the drugs and alcohol Kimberlee must have consumed before she got up the nerve to fire off the 4 emails I woke up to yesterday morning.
I tell ya folks, that stripper chick is quite a prize and CG finds her rather amusing. Read more and the emails here.
Oh and Kimberlee because I know you will read this let me say this to you, “Most of the emails I fired off to you have already been published in Confessions of a Canadian Stripper in case your wondering, but if you think it is necessary to publish them elsewhere on the Internet, please feel free to do so, okay babe? Looking forward to hearing from you again babe.

Your comments about Yves de Montigny are interesting. It is also his ‘arbitrary’ judgment not to believe China’s assertion they would not give the death penalty to their number one criminal abroad, Lai Changxing, that is preventing his deporation . This judgment is also preventing implementation of the “Approved Destination Status” travek agreement between the 2 countries. This is a hugely important agreement that would see a huge influx of Chinese travelling to Canada, resulting in a large boost to our tourism industry. However Yves de Montigny believes that China might torture this man ,despite their assurances, it is only important what Yves believes. I hope Mr. Harpers visit to China in November will sort this out. And I agree with all your comments about this man.
