Crooked in Canada

I don’t care what anybody says, especially ‘the experts’ that seem to think that is okay to take a 16-year-old Medicine Hat girl who murdered her parents four years ago, out of secure custody.

The smart ones working on behalf of Canada’s justice system are going to allow a psycho teenage bitch to roam freely in a city my father lives in.

Nah, it doesn’t matter that she committed a triple murder only a few years ago, they are going to let her roam the streets of Medicine Hat.

Oh, and if she is mentally sound enough to be put back into the community with what will amount to little supervision (I guess the drugs she’s on will be enough), then the community-at-large in Medicine Hat, or wherever else she ends up living, has a right to know who the killer walking amongst them is. In other words, THE KILLER SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED.

This particular psycho was convicted of three counts of first-degree murder (she planned it people) and was sentenced to a maximum 10 years. She should at the very least serve out those 10 years.

During the four years she has served, she has been in what is called “intensive rehabilitative custody” in a psychiatric hospital, instead of a youth detention centre.

The way I see it, if she is fit enough to be released back into the community, she is fit enough to do the remaining six years of her sentence in such a facility. Lock her up for the full 10 years, as she should have been in the first place.

The judge that sentenced her, what a fool for not insisting that the teenager serve her full sentence in secure or closed custody. I hope that call doesn’t come back to haunt the judge.

As for the judge that is allowing her to be released into the community with minimal and eventually no supervision (the latter happening a lot sooner than you might thing), a clown by the name of Scott Brooker, let me just say that if has a wife and kids, I hope one of his children doesn’t snuff out their lives and his.

This is a stupid, stupid idea.  It’s an extremely risking one.

Given that the killer has never really grasped the severity of her crimes while in that intensive rehabilitative custody program, it is very unlikely that she will ever think twice about committing another violent crime, especially when the sentence she received for her last one hardly reflects the severity of the triple murder she committed.

Jane Doe committed a triple murder. She planned it. Now four years on she apparently is mentally stable enough (again I mention the medication she is on now) to be released into the community, and this despite the fact that she doesn’t grasp or perhaps is unwilling to grasp, the severity of her crime. Like get real.

Yeah, it sounds to me like she has made progress. More like she has managed to play, the system as well as she planned to kill her mother, father, and brother.

Curious About Kimberlee Ouwroulis These Days

Hey, has anybody heard anything about that fossil of a stripper, Kimberlee Ouwroulis, and her age discrimination complaint. The last time I heard anything from her, it was directly from her, but all she did was threaten bodily harm to my wife and I (like that was really funny by the way and I still have the emails).

At that time, I asked the fossil what was going on with her complaint, but haven’t heard back from her yet, and likely won’t now that I have made a bigger fool out of her than she already was when I first established a dialogue with her.

It has been a year now since “her story” first broke.

Today I find myself was wondering if her case has been heard, or tossed out of court, just how far it has gotten along since the Ontario Human Rights Commission jumped all over her story.

The only thing I do know about her case is that she had issues with lawyers, and according to her, she fired one of them for not speaking proper English (too funny coming from her, somebody who has trouble with the English language herself).

There hasn’t been shit said in the media about her case-and well, I’m just curious about it now, wondering if she “cashed in” to the tune of couple of hundred grand she was hoping to get.

So like if anybody who visits Crooked in Canada knows what is going on in the exotic dancing dinosaur’s life these days, how about a head’s up so I can update her ridiculously stupid story for my loyal, committed visitors to Crooked in Canada.

I’m sure some of them (and yeah there are a few of them) wouldn’t mind an update about the progress Kimberlee has made, if in fact she has made any at all.
