Canadian Youth Mostly to Blame for Lower Quality of Life

December 18th, 2009No Comments

Here is a story for you my loyal Canadian followers, and it shouldn’t come as surprise to you. It seems that Canada’s youth are struggling with that lower quality of life they are blaming on everybody but themselves, and then of course there is their unwillingness to actually get up off their rebellious asses and start working while they are still in high school. You know, getting that much needed work experience they are going to need when they either drop out of school or finish their formal education.

You know what the problem with today’s youth is; they think they were brought into this world so that others can serve them, that and the fact that, they live in a perpetual f*** the establishment state of mind.

If Canada’s youth are struggling as much as that report on the quality of life for Canadians says, then the youth can shoulder most of the blame. Nobody is stopping them from taking responsibility for their own lives and future instead of others to do it for them. Like get real already.

You know what. CG starting working when he was like 12 years of age, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, babysitting and stocking store shelves. Then there were the summer jobs throughout high school. My quality of life was pretty damn good back when I was a teenager, and you know why that is, BECAUSE I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO MAKE IT THAT WAY.

Shit job or not–if I wanted some spending money, I didn’t approach my mother with my hand out, or steal, and by the way my mother raised three kids by herself.

You will get no argument from me that kids have it tough these days, but for the most part they are the makers of their own fate. You won’t hear too many “experts” say that about the trial and tribulations of today’s youth. I wonder why that is, could it be because youth of today can’t handle hearing the truth about their own failings, or maybe it has something to do with today’s youth not having respect for themselves, never mind authority.

Naah-CG doesn’t feel sorry for today’s youth in the least. If life is so bad for them and they are so hard-done by, then maybe they need to try a little harder in making life better than it apparently is for them. F***ing whiners.
