My Horoscope Yesterday Today: I Am A Virgo

December 10th, 2009No Comments

If my regular visitors to Crooked in Canada haven’t figured out that I wear my heart on my sleeve, I have to wonder why that is given that, during the past couple of years I have been more than a little forthright and forthcoming about my personal life in here. Having said that, I intend to keep on being that blogger, evident by My Horoscope Yesterday Today: I Am A Virgo posts.

From astrocenter.com

Today you could be involved with some sort of family reunion. Maybe your parents will want to have you over for dinner. Some extra siblings or cousins could come along, too. You might see family members that you haven’t spoken to for a while. It will do you good to swap personal news and to laugh together. Sometimes you are so independent that you forget about all of the loved ones in your life!

WTF, the only way that is going to happen is if a family member flies over from Canada–to surprise me you know. Then again, maybe there’s an in-law lurking in the shadows nearby. That wouldn’t be good. I won’t be going to my parents for dinner, that’s for damn sure. Dad’s in Alberta, Canada and my mother is Ontario.

Nope, that won’t be happening anytime soon, not that I wouldn’t be welcome at their dinner table.  My niece says she is planning to come to visit next summer. She had better start saving because I can’t afford to pay for her return flight, not that I wouldn’t if I could.

There is a possibility that I might speak to family members that I haven’t seen for a while, in fact, I was talking to my niece the other day. She lives in British Columbia, and the last time I saw her she might have been six, maybe seven years old. It was a long time ago. Swapping personal news with her…naah-ah, she doesn’t have time for that. She needs to put her personal life first, and take care of her son. Yeah, I just found out I am a great-uncle. Cool, huh.

I am very independent, or at least I used to be, but no, I haven’t forgotten about the loved ones in my life, not that there are many of them.

From Y! Astrology

You have the map, so it’s up to you to decide where to go next. Be as adventurous as you like. You may not have exact directions, but you know you want to chart a new course for all those who want to come along. Your grasp of the situation is even better than usual right now. With everything that’s going on, this is a good time to consider putting off a few mundane chores. Any extra details will only muddy the water.

I am the adventurous kind, a risk taker, the fact that I found love online and then married my betrothed proof of that. Of course, that part of my life, the love and marriage part anyway, is over. Time to discover a new adventure, but what and where that adventure leads me…Who the f*** knows.

My life is a mess right now, but I’ll figure it out. I always do.
