Canadian Terrorists in the News: Sathajhan Sarachandran, Nadarasa Yogarasa, Parminder Singh Saina and Maher Arar

January 24th, 2010No Comments

Those two Canadian terrorists that went on trial in the U.S.A for brokering arms deals for the outlawed Tamil Tigers, the terrorist organization with has a strong support network in Canada, have been sentenced to lengthy prison terms–and guess what Canada, unlike those convicted in the Toronto 18 terrorism plot, Sathajhan Sarachandran and his co-conspirator Nadarasa Yogarasa are going to be locked up for more than just a couple of years of the 15 and 14 years behind bars they were sentenced too.

No double credit for pre-trial custody for those two pieces of shit. When they are finally released, let’s hope the Canadian government moves to do the right thing, and they send them back to Sri Lanka.

In fact, now that the two men have been convicted and sentenced for their support of terrorism, now might be a good time for Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s goverment to begin that process, so that when the day comes that they walk away from their new American home, Sarachandran and Yogarasa are immediately put on a plane bound for Sri Lanka.

Call CG a wishful thinker, but he’s kind of thinking that the feds would have an easier go of convincing a judge to see things their way when it comes to deporting Sarachandran and Yogarasa immediately upon their release from prison, now that they have been convicted of the crimes the Americans were accusing them of, buy weapons for an outlawed terrorist organization.

CG is also thinking that Canadian judges would be far less tolerant and not so easy going when it comes to foreign nationals with Canadian papers who were doing arms deals for outlawed terrorist groups like the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam, and are now doing time in the U.S.

Nice to see the Americans taking the threat of Canadian terrorists more seriously than their friends north of the border do.

Daily Nooner

In Canada, convicted terrorist Parminder Singh Saini has been told that he is not of good character and will not be allowed to obtain a license to practice to law, according to the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Convicted terrorist who used fake passport and alias to enter Canada, and he’s still living there

You know what pisses CG off about this guy, the fact that he is being allowed to remain in Canada after being convicted for his role in the hijacking of an Air India flight almost 26 years ago. He was convicted and sentenced for that act of terrorism, but in 1994 he was released from prison, and with a fake Afghani passport in hand; he eventually found his way into Canada.

WTF is this guy still doing in Canada, the Liberal goverment of the day should have booted this motherf***ing terrorist out of the country a long time ago. CG won’t hold his breathe, but maybe when the Canadian government gets back to work, they might want to look into kicking his (Saini) ass out of the country. F*** the appeals process too because Canada, HE’S A CONVICTED TERRORIST WHO LIED HIS WAY INTO CANADA. It was wrong to let Saini remain in Canada after authorities learned that he entered into Canada with bogus travel documents under a false name. He’s a convicted terrorist and he shouldn’t be allowed to stay.

By the way, who paid for his law degree, the Canadian taxpayers, or did he have a little criminal enterprise on the side to help him to finance his education?

Who can forget the story of Maher Arar, another piece of shit who is still considered by Canadian authorities to have ties to the al-Qaeda terrorist organization, despite repeated denials by him and his wife. Yeah, yeah CG knows that other than the secret files the RCMP and CSIS has on Arar, there hasn’t been any direct evidence presented that links Arar directly to terrorism, but that day will one day come. Wait for it. You will see.

Nobody was able to make anything thing stick on the Syrian-born Canadian, and that played right into Arar’s hands after he was deported to Syria, where he alleges he imprisoned and tortured. Arar has never been able to prove that he was tortured, but a f***ed up Canadian judge (Justice Dennis O’Connor) leading the ensuing judicial inquiry into the handling of Arar ruled in his favor stating that, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) were wrong to label him an Islamic extremist with ties to al-Qaeda, and that passing on misinformation to U.S. authorities was probably behind the reason they deported him to Syria in the first place.

That ruling led to Arar suing the federal government and Canadian taxpayers to the tune of $CA10-million. Arar was unsuccessful when he tried to sue the Americans.

This lying sack of shit [Maher Arar] screwed Canadian taxpayers out of $10-million

If you are wondering what the lying sack of shit is up to today, well let’s just say he is really milking the scam he is running for all he can get out of it, and to that end he has gone live online with Prism Magazine (http://prism-magazine.com), a magazine he describes as being a “security practices monitor“. The first edition, which features an article about security and human rights by Alex Neve, head of Amnesty International Canada, made its debut this past Wednesday.

It also contains an article from Ottawa journalist Jeff Sallot about the failure of U.S. intelligence officials’ failings in uncovering the Christmas Day airline bomb plot.

Like WTF man, if this website doesn’t smack of propaganda, then there is no such thing on the World Wide Web.

Arar claims that the online magazine isn’t in [it] for the money, and to back that up he has one volunteer staff member, a clown by the name of Richard Swain–a guy who apparently has an extensive background in publishing and is willing to work for free. Very nice looking website by the way, but CG doesn’t believe for one minute that its non-profit, and CG expects that Maher Arar will at some point in time looking for some federal funding to help pay for the service he is allegedly providing, using that not-for-profit thing to secure that federal funding.

Oh and Maher, “YOU ARE WELCOME. THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY FREE PLUG YOU WILL GET FROM CROOKED IN CANADA.”
