Fanf***ingtastic News for Khadr Haters Like Myself

January 30th, 20108 Comments

Naa, naa, naa, naa, naa, naa. Too f***ing bad for Omar Khadr supporters that the Supreme Court of Canada has said they are going to let the government make the call on whether or not they should ask the United States to return him to Canada, you know set him free instead of allowing the Americans to seek their own kind of justice when it comes to the murder Omar committed and his supporting terrorism.

Naa, naa, naa, naa, naa, naa–the little f***ker is gonna go down, and down, down, down the motherf***er is going to go. If it were my call to make, I would stand up in front of brick wall and put a bullet in the worthless smiling bomb making mujahadeen killing machine.

Too bad the Americans won’t be executing this prick-huh?

There is some good news for Omar and his supporters though.  He is among the Guantanamo detainees who is scheduled to be transferred to a prison in the State of Illinois. Yep, he’s headed to the stomping grounds of the 16th President of the United States Abraham Lincoln and that clown running the U.S. now–Barack Hussein Obama.

Speaking of Barack his popularity in the U.S. as we all know now thanks to Fox News, is plummeting faster than a Taliban insurgent who has been tossed off the Sears building in downtown Chicago.

Yep, Omar can say goodbye to Guantanamo and hello to Thomson Corrections Center–a facility 240k west of the “Windy City”.  He is expected to arrive there sometime between now and July–whenever the feds finish upgrading the facility.

In the mean time, a think the Supreme of Court of Canada deserves a pat on the back for making the right call.

Are you sure this was the Supreme court’s verdict?Listening to all the pundits and lawyers after the ruling ,you would think that this was a victory for the little terrorist puke. They seem to focus on Khadr’s constitutional rights and the fact that that his rights are STILL being violated every day he stays in Gitmo! One civil liberty skank said that the quicker Khadr is re-patrited,the quicker his re-hab can begin and that the government should be prepared to face a lawsuit fromKhadr…WHAT A LOAD OF BULLSHIT!!!
They seem to ignore the part of the ruling that says that the Harper gov.t has NO duty to ask for Khadr’s return to Canada. After ALL their subterfuges to AVOID trial,Khadr’s legal team is going to have to face reality-a trial before the Military Commisssions panel..What kind of reception do you think our Toronto-born terrorist is going to get?
Let me list some of Khadr’s legal team delaying tactics..changing legal teams, stalling for more time, waiting for Obama to free the puke, waiting for a Canadian Coalition to free Khadr, proposing the EDNEY plan, using the media to help the terrorist puke-Face book groups ,public rallies and finally the Liberal activist judiciary to free their client…NOTHING WORKED!!!HAH! HAH! HAH! I was laughing when,KOREY TENECKE (former harper aide ) callet KHADR a “LITTLE TERRORIST” on a CTV news show..much to the chagrin of his co-guest,DENNIS EDNEY!Edney did not appreciate this blunt approach and was taken aback by such language..What has changed for “POOR LIL” OMAR? NOT A F***ING THING.He will still face trial in the states or at Gitmo and I can hardly wait!!!

Khadr will get his day in court and justice will be served….despite his legal team’s best efforts!

You know what flipper, I bet that most of the Khadr supporters, including those f*** wits in parliament sitting across the floor from Conservatives would be singing a different tune if say their son, daughter, mother, father, next door neighbor, fellow MP, co-worker, husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, gay lover or anybody else close to them, was a victim of Omar’s grenade tossing and bomb making skills. Don’t you think. You just know that there has to be a lot of empty space between the ears of those who actually think this little prick should be brought back to Canada to face consequences for his actions over in Afghanistan there. Like get with the f***ing program; what f***ing planet do they live on? Next they will be demanding that when a Canadian is sentence to death for his or her crimes overseas, it should be a Canadian government official who flips the switch, swings the sword, or pulls the trigger.

    Cheers mate.

Now i have to rant on another of Khadr’s supporters’ big issues…That is, Khadr was a child when he was captured in Afghanistan ,and should NOT be held accountable for any actions he may have done…The military commission (that will oversee his trial) has ruled that Khadr was NOT a child soldier and that they will ignore any legal briefs that use that as an defence for the terrorist puke…Let me put it this way..Khadr went to afghanistan with his parent’s permission and did some very ADULT things….Terrorist training, making IEDs,planting roadside bombs (we even have video of that!) and lastly ,throwing that grenade that murdered an American medic…Yet ,after doing ALL those ADULT actions ,what does Khadr and his legal team say? Please spare the child “this boy is NO terrorist” and want the general public to view this Jihadist as a poor abused child…GIMMMEEE A F***ING BREAK!
Khadr’s age was not an issue when he committed those criminal acts(before he was captured) ,so it should NOT be taken into account at any trial…Act as an adult ,do adult deeds ,then you have self-emancipated yourself and now are considered an ADULT through the commission of your terrorist deeds…KHADR is KHAPUT!!

    Hey flipper,

    KHADR is KHAPUT!!

The Harper government has made it clear that they are going to let the U.S. military deal with the piece of shit. The only way he is coming back to Canada is as a free man and I don’t think that is going to happen for a very long time. I’m hoping that when he is convicted of his crimes, he is sent to a military prison. Let’s see how much life he has left in him them. I doubt that would happen though, and if that did happen, he would be segregated from the other prisoners, but wouldn’t it be sweet justice if he was forced to do his time in a military prison with American soldiers.

    Cheers.

Maybe Khadr should get himself a map of the United States and find out where Leavenworth,Kansas is.That is where the military house the ex-servicemen accused of treason, dereliction of duty and other military offenses…Khadr would no doubt be welcomed with open arms …but he would have to forego the cameraderie with his fellow inmates that he had in Gitmo…Too bad, so sad…

The latest insult to come from Khadr’s legal turkeys is that they have raised the amount of a pending lawsuit from $1000,000 to 10 million dollars! I thought that Dennis Edney& Co. were doing this pro bono, now we see the real reason that they took on this case…They have the SOCC decision that says “poor lil’ Omar’s” charter rights are still being violated every day he stays in Gitmo…how’s that for a winning argument…We should pay Khadr right now!!!! Of course the lawyers will keep all of the money…See, by taking this charter violation as the basis for the lawsuit,it DOES NOT matter if Khadr is found guilty or innocent (not likely) of any charges of terrorism…And you thought that these lawyers were just nice guys…
When Khadr is found guilty of murdering Chris Speer,I would like to see Tabitha Speer (widow) launch a wrongful death civil suit against the whole Khadr family for 100 million dollars..After a trial, this judgment could be satisfied by any monies given to Khadr as a result of his frivolous lawsuit….
I wonder if Dennis Edney & Co. would still pursue this lawsuit when the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is taken away from them…
Hey if it worked for Fred Goldman in his suit against O.J. Simpson ,I think it’s worth a shot!!!Kinda ironic ain’t it!

Another thing that I find fascinating is the Lieberal’s convenient case of amnesia when it come to Khadr. When Khadr was captured in Afghanistan ,who do you think was running this country?…Jean Chretien et al.(with a majority gov’t.) The lieberals ignored Khadr and the file sat on Irwin Cottler’s(minister of justice) desk for years..I find it disingenuous that this M.P. Cottler should stand up in the Commons and demand that the Harper gov’t. repatriate the terrorist Khadr…We all remember how Chretien got Papa Khadr freed from an Pakistani jail cell (he was accused of bombing the Egyptian embassy) and what eventually happened to him-shot dead by pakistani forces in an Al-Queda firefight (the same one that saw his other son paralysed )…The Lieberals are mainly to blame for the Khadr mess, let them own up to it and save the righteous indignation for a more popular cause!

Latest on Khadr… The Harper government will make sure that any information that was obtained by CSIS agents during their interrogation of “POOR LIL’ OMAR” is deemed inadmissible in the American court system…That should satisfy the SCOC ,they stated that Khadr’s “charter rights” were violated because he had no legal counsel….So that should be the end of Khadr’s legal team’s whining..right…THEY WANT KHADR TO BE REPATRIATED NOW!!!! That would be too strong a remedy for the slight charter rights breach that Khadr was subjected to…Edney & Co. have delayed ,obfuscated, cried before the media with just one end…TO AVOID A TRIAL AT ALL COSTS!!!
They have never entered a plea for Khadr, guilty or innocent…They plead their case in the media ,hoping that the uninformed public buys their line of bullshit, and doesn’t look too hard at the facts….
I have one final thing to say to Edney & Co….SEE YOU IN COURT, GENTLEMEN!!!
