Well, it looks like Abousfian Abdelrazik has decided to stick it to Canadian taxpayers to the tune of $27-million, and for what–his own f***ing stupidity, his reluctance to cooperate with Sudanese and Canadian authorities back in 2003 when he was taken into custody in Sudan, where according to him, he was tortured.
Yeppers you hardworking Canadian taxpayers, Abdelrazik wants to Maher Arar you for almost three times as much money Arar received from his lawsuit against taxpayers.
You know, I find it funny that this piece of shit, a guy I once defended in Crooked in Canada, is going out of his way to sue the very people who went out of their way to help him out with taxpayer’s money when he arrived in Canada, and was given refugee status.
F*** man, he cashed in back then, make no mistake about that–and now under the guise of suing the Conservative government, he is trying to burn Canadian taxpayers for another $27-million.
Like WTF man! What bullshit.
You know what my fellow Canadians, it’s about time you got up off your asses and did something about this kind of shit.
Aren’t you f***ing tired of doing the right thing for people like Abdelrazik, only to be stabbed in the back later?
Seriously, its taxpayer money that is going to end up compensating him whether he wins in court or settles out of court.
In reality though, it should be the Liberal Party of Canada Abdelrazik should be suing, not the Conservative government. It was the Liberals who were in power when all this shit started to go down with Abdelrazik, and I am going to assume that Abdelrazik made things worse for himself after he was taken into custody by Sudanese authorities.
The only thing the Conservative government is guilty of is not cleaning up the mess the Liberals left behind fast enough, and that’s hardly worth $27-million. Would you not agree?
Back in 2003 maybe Abdelrazik should have been a little more co-operative with Sudanese authorities. Maybe he should have put his arrogance; you know that smug attitude he would have had during his interrogation. I can just hear him now, “I AM A CANADIAN. I HAVE RIGHTS. YOU CAN’T DO THIS TO ME. BLAH, BLAH, AND BLAH.” Trust me he would have laughed and spit in his interrogators faces.
I think if he was tortured, he got what he asked for. I also think he might have been a little smug with Canadian authorities, you know that sense of entitlement I think he would have had going on for himself. There is little doubt in my mind that most of the blame for Abdelrazik woes can be laid at his feet.
Lawsuit aside, the dumb f*** is also asking MPs to help him get his name removed from the UN’s no fly list.
Read that story here and read some of the comments too.
I wonder if he has hooked up with that other smug and arrogant naturalized Canadian, Suaad Hagi Mohamud yet, she who tried to circumvent Canada’s immigration laws for her sister by letting her use her passport to fly into Canada and then mailing the passport back to Mohamud so she could return to Canada. It was quite a little scam she had going, but her sister got caught at the airport, and then the shit hit the fan. Mohamud is now suing taxpayers for $2.5 million.
Aah yes, to the landed immigrants, the refugees, and the asylum seekers who end up in Canada, taxpayers have deep pockets, so sure, why not sue for as much as they can get, whether they are the makers of their own fate or not.
Let’s see, if Abdelrazik gets a few million dollars, Mohamud gets a couple of million, and then add that to what Maher Arar received, who or what programs lose out?
How many kids are going hungry in Canada again? How many pensioners is there that are barely scraping and can’t afford necessary surgery again? How many daycare centers are needed? I could go on and on.
This kind of shit has to stop. Yes, I agree that sometimes the feds are to blame, but in the two instances, I have mentioned in this blog entry, most of the blame for what has happened to Abdelrazik and Mohamud can be laid at their feet.
That said Canada, how much did you pay in tax last year and are you getting a rebate this year, or do you owe?

Yeah, there goes that moronic argument about importing Turd Worlders to be the beasts of Canadians’ tax burden. Guess who’s the beast and who’s the tax burden now?
