Ya See, There In Lies The F***ing Problem, Killer Kids In Canada Catching Way Too Many Breaks

February 3rd, 2010No Comments

What was it the Conservative government was saying last week about the Youth Criminal Justice Act, something about tweaking it and not overhauling it, right?

In light of the ridiculous inappropriate and nonsensical sentence just handed to a teenage refugee in Calgary after stabbing to death Shawn Chiasson, three lousy f***ing years, HOW ABOUT SCRAPPING THE ACT ALL TOGETHER AND BRINGING THE JUVENILE DELIQUENT ACT, THE ONE I WAS CONVICTED UNDER WHEN I WAS 12 YEARS OLD.

Granted, I didn’t commit murder, but you know what, it certainly put me on the straight and narrow, not that I haven’t gotten myself into trouble since then. I  punched a 15-year-old kid in the shoulder for threatening to cause some serious bodily harm to my then girlfriend with a gun he said he could get from his cousin. I should have beat the f***ing shit out of Dwayne Buckle, a teenager whose behavior was being blamed on his upbringing, blah, blah, and blah.

Yeah, looking back on it today, and considering that that event took place in my Calgary home, I should have beat the f*** out of the little prick. Instead, I punched him in the shoulder.

Who knows, maybe somewhere down the track, if he isn’t dead or locked up behind bars, maybe an opportunity will present itself where I can finish the job I should have finished then.

Anyway, I digress.

As long as the Canadian justice system continues to engage f***ed-in the-head experts to make excuses for a teenage killer’s behavior, they are always going to think that a couple of years behind bars I is f*** all for them to serve.

The experts in this particular case, they blamed the killer’s life of misfortunes, the bad breaks, his upbringing and his dysfunctional family. Like he didn’t know the difference between right and wrong though, huh ya morons.

Like come on, the 22-year-old Chiasson and his friend–what did they bring to that fight with Chiasson’s killer and a yet to be captured accomplice other than their fists and their feet. What, no guns?

I can’t believe that that f***ing piece of shit, somebody whose family has been supported by Canadian taxpayers since the arrive in Canada, is only going do a maximum of thirty-six months behind bars.

Not that there would be any consolation for the Chiassons two of those Canadian taxpayers, but the little f***er and his family should be put on a plane and sent back to wherever it was they came from.

The family had a chance to make good for themselves in Canada, and they didn’t do that, so f*** them. Turf their asses out of the country when whoever this kid is finishes his time.

The other thing is that this killer should be identified because as far as Crooked in Canada is concerned. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and if this kid can kill as wantonly as he did in December 2008, then so can his parents and any brothers and sisters he might have.

Canadians especially those living next door to this family, have a right to know who this family is, that public safety thing Canadians have a minister for coming to mind.
