With the exception of Tara MacDonald, my deepest sympathies go out to the family of eight-year-old Tori Stafford, who police have concluded was murdered by somebody in the neighborhood Tori lived, Michael Thomas Rafferty. The 28-year-old man has been charged (?) with first-degree murder, and abducting a child under the age of 16.
