Lance Armstrong — “The truth will set you free, mate … “
If Lance Armstrong had any integrity, don’t you think he should just admit that he is a doping-cheat, and that what he did was wrong — not that that is going to change anything for him; his cycling career finished (not that it already wasn’t before he was caught out) and future financial gains in doubt. I don’t care what anybody says, this is bigger then the Ben Johnson doping scandal that saw him stripped of his gold-medal and pretty much turned him into a pauper before he got his shit together enough to make a living after the fact.
I see Nike wasted no time in dumping the former chairman of Livestrong (Lance stepped down but still sits on the board of that charity he helped found), and there should be no doubt in anybody’s mind that other companies (whose products Lance signed on the dotted line to endorse),won’t be kicking his sorry drug-injecting ass to the kerb. As they should do.
I’m still wondering what his ex-girlfriend, Sheryl Crow, has to say about this, and whether or not she knew he was doping up with performance enhancing drugs. No doubt she wants to keep her distance away from this scandal, what with her own battle with brain cancer.

Oh and another thing, he should just quite lying about it too. What’s that they say about the truth, that it will set you free? Looking forward to the day that happens, if in fact it ever does.
