Miracle survivor Rita Chretien has been released from hospital 48 days after her and her husband Albert got themselves lost in the Nevada wilderness.  Searchers have yet to find any sign of Albert who after three days of being stranded with is wife, set out to find help and has not been seen or heard from since. He did have a GPS with him by the way, at least that’s what his wife is saying anyway.

What a story of survival this woman will be able to tell on CTV, CTV, Global, and maybe Fox News, huh. And what about the morning breakfast shows on TV, and then there is Oprah. Aah huh, this is going to be in demand as soon as she is well enough to make television appearances and front the media.

I’m still on the fence as to whether or not I believe this woman’s story, but its her story and she is going to tell it anyway she likes and leave it up to whoever, people like me I guess, to make up their own mind about how believable her story is to whomever she wants to and has to tell her story to.

Seriously, who is to say that this isn’t an elaborate scheme to defraud a insurance company, or that the woman didn’t kill her husband and dispose of the body.

There is only one person who knows the truth about what happened to Albert Chretien, and unfortunately for investigators, he hasn’t been found dead or alive so that his story can be told.

Did his wife kill him, who knows? Did Mr. and Mrs. Chretien put in motion a plan to defraud an insurance company — again, who knows?  Whatever went down between the couple, the story Mrs. Chretien has told so far is as believable as it is unbelievable.
